I’m Rosalyn Ross, MBA, founder of Radiant Eyes & Aesthetics, where beauty meets professionalism, education, and exceptional client care. My mission is simple: to help every client feel confident, radiant, and beautiful in their own skin while providing an experience that is relaxing, personalized, and results-driven. For more than eight years, I’ve had the privilege of serving clients throughout the Pine Belt, winning the “Best Aesthetician of the Pine Belt” award for 2 consecutive years. I love helping women and men enhance their natural beauty through customized skincare, professional waxing, lash artistry, brow services, and advanced aesthetic treatments. Every appointment is carefully tailored because no two clients—and no two skin types—are ever the same. Before opening my spa, I built a successful 25-year career in healthcare and pharmaceutical sales, working alongside physicians, healthcare organizations, and hospitals throughout the United States and internationally. I also served as a medical trainer educating physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals on patient-care technology. That experience shaped the professional standards I bring into my spa every single day.
