CANCELLATION POLICY
At Radiant Eyes & Aesthetics, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a smooth, professional, and luxury experience for all clients, please review the following policies: ✨ Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your total service. ✨ Rescheduling (Rebooking) Appointments may be rescheduled once within the same month with at least 24 hours notice, and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. ✨ Rescheduling Limit Each appointment is allowed one reschedule only. If you reschedule more than once in the same month, a new non-refundable deposit will be required to book each time. ✨ Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your deposit. ✨ No-Show / No Communication Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any communication will: • Forfeit their deposit/retainer • Be charged 50% of the missed service total • Be required to pay the balance before booking again ✨ Rebooking After No-Show Future appointments will only be accepted once the outstanding balance has been paid and a new non-refundable deposit is secured. ✨ Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to deposit policies. ✨ Same-Day Appointments Same-day bookings are welcome based on availability but must still be secured with a deposit. ✨ Policy Agreement By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed above. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to provide a luxury, consistent experience for every client 💖 Radiant Eyes & Aesthetics The 50% fee is calculated based on the total service booked and is non-refundable. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.
