CANCELLATION POLICY

At Radiant Eyes & Aesthetics, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a smooth, professional, and luxury experience for all clients, please review the following policies: ✨ Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your total service. ✨ Rescheduling (Rebooking) Appointments may be rescheduled once within the same month with at least 24 hours notice, and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. ✨ Rescheduling Limit Each appointment is allowed one reschedule only. If you reschedule more than once in the same month, a new non-refundable deposit will be required to book each time. ✨ Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your deposit. ✨ No-Show / No Communication Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any communication will: • Forfeit their deposit/retainer • Be charged 50% of the missed service total • Be required to pay the balance before booking again ✨ Rebooking After No-Show Future appointments will only be accepted once the outstanding balance has been paid and a new non-refundable deposit is secured. ✨ Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to deposit policies. ✨ Same-Day Appointments Same-day bookings are welcome based on availability but must still be secured with a deposit. ✨ Policy Agreement By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed above. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.
